PARTIAL PLANNING

  • Everything from the wedding management package

  • Two additional planning meetings (design + walkthrough)

  • Unlimited email and phone availability

  • Assistance with finding up to three vendors (i.e. photographer, hair & make-up, caterer, etc.)

  • One visit to the site of both the wedding ceremony and reception to go over set-up

  • Assistance with paper – save the dates, invitations, programs, menu, place cards, etc.

Full-Service Planning

You’re supported from day one! Each client gets their own personal portal that houses all the resources you’ll need to plan and execute your perfect day including a planning checklist!

Timeline

We will create a detailed day-of timeline for you, your wedding party, and your entire vendor team to keep everyone on the same page and on-track. We believe in full team support so we will work with your vendor team to make sure everyone has exactly what they need to produce a smooth event.

Logistics

Your wedding is more than just a timeline. There are so many behind the scenes details that you don’t think about - we are here to make sure nothing fall through the cracks. Our final meeting is a great time to iron out all of the kinks - walking through your floor plan, making notes on decor, and everything in between.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We believe in the best business practices and want to protect not only you but our staff as well. We are professional planners who carry insurance and licenses. Our insurance only covers our staff and responsibilities. We recommend getting wedding day insurance through your homeowner’s insurance or Wedsafe. 

  • Once we are in touch with you, we will ask a few questions to learn more about your upcoming wedding.  Then, we are happy to meet with you for a complimentary consultation.  At the consultation, we will discuss your wedding and your Coordination needs, as well as answer any questions you have about Wedding Coordination.  After learning more about your needs, we will determine if a certain package is a good fit, or we will customize something to meet your needs.

  • A planner can save you time, energy, stress—and even money. We have in-house discounts as well as preferred vendor discounts that only our clients receive. We try and save our couples as much money as possible. 

  • Typically, venue coordinators at hotels or venues have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue (and sometimes the food and beverage as well).  It is not in their job description to confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule. They also will most likely not be available to help with any emergencies that come up on your wedding day (i.e. sewing your wedding dress back together, getting you Band-Aids or medicine, bustling your dress, etc.)  As professional Wedding Coordinators, our services supplement the services offered by your Catering Manager, Banquet Manager and staff, and other vendors.
